Info for Grantees
Images of Funded Projects
Our Photo Gallery page contains images and information about some of the organisations we support. If you are in receipt of a grant from us and would like to see your organisation featured in the Photo Gallery please send us a selection of images (large file sizes) on CD-Rom. Images must be accompanied by a completed Image Consent Form, which you can download from the Photo Gallery page.
Acknowledging our Grant - all grantees
If you receive a grant from us, you do not have to formally acknowledge The Henry Smith Charity in publications or on your website, unless this is a special condition of your grant.
You must, however, ensure that any grant received from us is appropriately acknowledged in your accounts.
Our Logo
During the period of your grant, if you wish to use our logo in marketing materials relevant to our grant, or in a list of supporters on your website or annual report, you may do so.
We prefer organisations not to use our logo on their letterhead.
Our logo is available in jpeg or tif formats on request. Once you know which format and size your printers need, please call us on 020 7264 4970. You will be asked for your grant reference number, so please have this to hand.
Main Grants Programme
If you receive a Revenue or Capital grant from us through our Main Grants Programme you will be allocated a Grants Officer when your grant is agreed. This person will be your named contact throughout your grant and you should speak to him or her with any queries you might have.
Please keep a note of your grant reference number, as you will need to quote this on any correspondence or reports you send us.
You will need to submit a completed Progress Report Form in each year that you receive a grant from us. Reports are due six months after you receive your grant payment.
Progress Report Forms can be downloaded using the links below. Please ensure you download the correct form as there are different ones for Revenue and Capital grants.
We recommend that you save the Progress Report Form onto your computer before starting to complete it (select the “save” option when downloading).
Progress Report Form - Revenue (Word doc)
Progress Report Form - Capital (Word doc)
NB - If you have already started a report using our old progress report guidelines, please note that we are still accepting progress reports in this format.
