How to apply
Please note: We understand your current services are likely to be affected by Coronavirus. However, as our application process takes approximately 6 months, we would like your application to detail how you would wish to deliver your services once the current government restrictions have been lifted.
We also understand, due to current uncertainties, the information we ask you to send with your application e.g. your organisational budget, may be subject to change. We will take this into consideration when assessing your application and will let you know if we need any further information from you.
Applications can be submitted at any time. There are no deadlines.
We assess applications as they are received. It will take up to six months from submission for you to hear the outcome, though you will know within eight weeks if your application is not being shortlisted.
Please ensure you read our full guidelines before starting your application and refer to the application form help text as you complete your application.
If you are applying for continuation funding please do not assume any prior knowledge of your organisation by the assessor, your application may well be assessed by a different member of staff to your previous contact.
Applications must be made using our online application form. This can be accessed here. We strongly recommend you use Internet Explorer when completing your application form as previous applicants have experienced technical issues when using other web browsers.
Please do not send any unrequested additional documents or use any links in the application form. We only assess applications based on the information provided in the application form.
We acknowledge all the applications we receive. If you submit an application and have not heard from us by email after two weeks, please contact us to check whether your application has arrived.
- We receive many more applications than we are able to fund. Unfortunately, this means we often have to turn down good applications.
- We cannot guarantee that your application will go to a particular meeting as this is dependent on the number of applications we receive.
- Many organisations will meet multiple outcomes across different priority areas, but you do not need to address more than one.
- Applicants who are unsuccessful are required to wait a minimum of 12 months from the date of notification before re-applying.
